These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OnGrid, a work management platform operated by Garage Productions Private Limited ("we", "us"). By creating a workspace, accepting an invitation or using OnGrid, you agree to these Terms.
If you use OnGrid on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it, and "you" includes that organisation.
Each organisation gets its own workspace. The person who creates it is its super admin and controls who is invited, their roles and the workspace settings.
You are responsible for the accuracy of account details, for keeping passwords secure and for all activity under your accounts. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
New workspaces start with a 7-day free trial for up to 10 people, with no card required.
When the trial ends without an upgrade, the workspace becomes read-only: you can still sign in, view and export your data, but you cannot create or change anything until you choose a plan.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices and seat limits are shown before you pay, and prices exclude taxes. Payments are processed by our payment partner, which acts as the seller of record for the transaction.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. GST, VAT or sales tax is added at checkout where it applies; a valid business tax ID entered at checkout may remove it.
You can change plan from your workspace billing page. An upgrade applies immediately and you pay the prorated difference for the current period. A downgrade takes effect at your next renewal and is available once your active team fits the smaller plan. If a plan change leaves more active people than the plan allows, you have 14 days to bring the team within the limit before the workspace becomes read-only.
If a payment fails and remains unpaid seven days after the billing period ends, if a payment dispute stays open for seven days, or seven days after a cancellation takes effect, the workspace becomes read-only until the subscription is restored.
You own the content you and your team put into OnGrid — tasks, briefs, files, messages and everything else ("Customer Data"). You give us permission to host, process and display it only to provide and improve the service for you.
Each workspace is isolated from every other workspace. We do not sell Customer Data. You can export your data from your workspace at any time.
Do not use OnGrid to break the law, infringe others’ rights, upload malware, send spam, harass anyone, or attempt to access workspaces, accounts or systems you are not authorised to use.
Do not reverse-engineer, overload or interfere with the service, or resell it without our written permission. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.
Some features use artificial intelligence to draft, summarise or suggest content. AI output can be inaccurate; review it before relying on it. Content you submit to these features is sent to our AI provider solely to generate the result.
OnGrid can connect to services such as Google (Calendar/Meet) and Zoho Mail. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and you authorise us to exchange data with them when you connect them.
We work to keep OnGrid available and secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features marked Beta may change or be withdrawn. We may update the service over time; material changes that reduce what you have paid for will be communicated in advance.
You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these Terms.
After a workspace is closed, we may delete its data after a reasonable retention period. Export anything you need before closing.
OnGrid is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profits or data.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify workspace admins. Continuing to use OnGrid after changes take effect means you accept them.
