Check-in opens at 10:00 AM IST. Anyone in by 10:30 is On Time, anyone after is Late, and nobody has to keep a register.

Annual, sick, personal or unpaid. Pick the dates, add a note, send it. OnGrid counts working days and leaves out weekends and holidays.

Can my team check in from their phone?

Yes. OnGrid works in any browser and can be installed on a phone’s home screen. Members tap Check In from wherever they work.

How does leave approval work?

A member sends a leave request with dates and a note. Their team lead, or a director, approves or rejects it in OnGrid. Nobody can approve their own leave.

Which holidays does OnGrid follow?

The Indian public holiday list, plus Sundays and the 2nd and 4th Saturdays as weekly offs. Those days are skipped when counting attendance, leave days and streaks.

Does OnGrid run payroll?

No. OnGrid tracks attendance and leave for running the team day to day. For salaries and statutory payroll, use it alongside your payroll software.
