This Privacy Policy explains how Garage Productions Private Limited ("we") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use OnGrid. We process personal data in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the IT Rules.
For data your organisation puts into its workspace, your organisation decides what is collected and why; we process it on its behalf to provide the service.
Account details: name, work email, role, department and profile photo; your password is stored only as a secure hash.
Workspace content: tasks, projects, briefs, files, chat messages, attendance, leave, expenses, CRM records and anything else your team adds.
Billing details: company name, billing contact and payment status. Card and bank details are handled by our payment partner; we do not store them.
Usage and device data: pages used, log-in times, browser and device type, and push-notification tokens if you enable notifications.
To run your workspace and its features, send the emails and notifications you or your admins set up, process payments, provide support, keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and understand and improve how OnGrid is used.
We do not sell personal data and do not use workspace content for advertising.
Service providers that help us run OnGrid, under contracts that limit their use of the data: Supabase (hosting, database, file storage and sign-in), Resend (email delivery), our payment partner (payments), OpenAI (AI features, only for content you send to them), Google (analytics, and Calendar/Meet when used) and Zoho (only if your team connects Zoho Mail).
Authorities, when required by law. A successor, if the business is transferred, under this policy.
Every organisation’s data is kept in its own workspace and is only visible to people in that workspace, according to the roles its admins assign.
Data is stored on cloud infrastructure operated by our service providers, which may be located outside India. We take steps to ensure it is protected wherever it is processed.
We keep workspace data while the workspace is active. After a workspace is closed, data is deleted after a reasonable retention period, except where we must keep records (for example, invoices) by law.
We use encryption in transit, access controls, separation between workspaces, audit logs and least-privilege access for staff. No system is perfectly secure; please use strong passwords and tell us about any concern.
We use browser storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as theme, and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand usage of our website. You can clear or block these in your browser; signing in requires storage to be enabled.
You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, and nominate someone to exercise your rights. For data in a workspace, you can also ask your organisation’s admin. We respond within the time the law requires.
OnGrid is for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18.

We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new date. For material changes we will notify workspace admins.
